The nature of digital file, the refund can not proceed unless the file is different from the description. Of course it will take some time to investigation if the file is not legitimate and justifiable.

Please click a icon at the top right position of your dashboard. Click the WordPress Backend.
The left side menu of next page, you will see the Media menu for your uploaded files, images, etc.

Currently we are using Paypal only. If a new provider is available, we will let you know.

The main categories are font, image, Vector image, Internet, Doc, Spreadsheet, video, Big data and others.  The font category is for font files (Duh). Image is for images, mainly jpg, gif and png files. Vector images are for Ai, eps files created with Adobe Illustrator and vector image tools.

The internet category is the files for internet such as html, css, php, etc. etc. The category Doc is for your word files and pdf and txt files. Spreadsheet category is for Excel file.
The category video is for the video files. The category Big data is for usually big data such as huge customer shopping behavior data, registered domain name data, historical weather data, something like that.

If the file is not belong to any of above category, the category, Others, can be used. Of course, if you have a suggestion to add some categories, please contact at support team.

If you say it’s not working, then I have to ask you which part is not working?
You say I don’t know, you have to find out.

Why don’t you just capture your screen, and let us know exactly which part you are having a problem with.
This will save lots of time for both.
